845PF High Bond Adhesive is a screen printable adhesive when an application such as heat transfers, foil or flock require an adhesive with higher bonding strength than 841PF Printable Adhesive or 842PF Printable Adhesive. Best results are achieved when printed through mesh sizes between 80-110 (32-43 Metric). 845PF gels at 240° F/116º C and fully cures when ink full reaches and stays at 320° F/160° C for at least 15.seconds. For flock and foil applications a print/flast/print technique may be required to give the foil and flock a nice, smooth surface area free of shirt fibers in which to adhere. 845PF can be reduced with 501PF Curable Reducer if necessary.
