820 Puff Base will produce puff designs. The puff effect provides a slightly raised effect with a soft hand feel. Also available in a wide range of popular colors.
Screen Mesh: Use 80-160/inch (32T-64T cm) screen mesh.
Printing: 820 can be used as an underbase for other plastisol colors. After printing flash quickly before the ink film starts to puff, then overprint with other plastisol colors. For large puff areas it is sometimes recommended to print large dots or a line pattern spaced closely together. This will result in a more even looking puff print.
Reducers: 820 Series is formulated to print right from the can. If viscosity reduction is desired, reduce with slight amounts of 502 Reducer.
Ink Cleanup: Use Enviro Series 2000 Green or Enviro Series TR Blend.
